REFUND POLICY

Refunds and returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, minus original shipping costs. There is no additional return shipping charge. Canada orders will incur a CAD $14.95 return shipping fee. UK customers must pay full return shipping cost. Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges past the 30 day window are not accepted, no exceptions.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer 3-4 business day delivery for $7.99 flat rate shipping on all orders within the US and expedited 2 business day for $14.99. Hawaii/Alaska is flat rate $12.99 for 7-10 business day shipping, and expedited $19.99, 3-5 business days. Canada orders are a flat CAD $14.95 for 7-10 business day shipping. UK order shipping is based on order value and destination.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the US, Canada and UK.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@parfaitlingerie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
